Verification Process

This section covers any questions you may have on the process of verification when your application has been submitted.

After submission, our verification team will review your application and supporting evidence. You will receive feedback within 3 business days.

If amendments are required, you will receive an email outlining the changes needed to complete your accreditation.

If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your badge. Log in to your account, go to 'Dashboard', select 'Your Businesses', and click 'Download Badge'.
